Is this product suitable for sensitive skin, baby or children's skin care products?
All products are controlled with zero aromatic hydrocarbons. Heavy metal and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon indexes are far below national and EU cosmetic limits. Our pharmaceutical-grade filed excipients are mild and low-irritant, validated in numerous sensitive-skin formulas, safe for sensitive skin, maternal and infant care products.

Do you offer formula debugging and skin sensation customization services?
One-on-one formulation technical service is provided. Our formulators design exclusive oil-phase solutions based on your product positioning, target skin feel and cost budget, with repeated sample optimization until performance meets requirements.
How long will it take to receive the application sample? Can overseas delivery be supported?
Samples will be dispatched within 1–2 working days after application. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 days; international shipping is available with 7–15 days transit time, all English inspection documents attached.
Can I apply for free samples? What are the specifications of the samples?
Free test samples are available for all new and existing clients, standard sizes: 50g / 100g / 500g. Kilogram-level bulk trial samples can be arranged upon request. Each sample set comes with full COA and MSDS documents.
